Full-Stack Developer – Craft the Future of VR Gaming in Prague!

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help us build and evolve web and backend systems that support our VR projects and internal platforms.

About Victoria VR

Victoria VR is a scalable AI platform that enables the mass creation of immersive experiences through AI generation. On top of this platform, we develop our own virtual reality games and interactive worlds, along with the frontend and backend systems that support them.

We build a platform and tools used for content creation, live operations, and player-facing services, combining VR development with modern web technologies.

Our team works on multiple high-impact projects, and we focus on building systems from scratch — not just maintaining legacy code. We care about practical, scalable solutions and clean, maintainable architecture.

One of our flagship projects is Magic Madness VR, a multiplayer VR game available on Steam in early access, alongside a growing ecosystem of internal tools and platforms used across our projects.

Your Role

As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll work across both backend and frontend parts of our applications.

You won’t be locked into a single technology — we’re looking for someone who:

  • understands the system as a whole
  • is comfortable switching between backend and frontend
  • can take ownership of their part of the product

Tech Stack

Backend

  • ASP.NET Core
  • Express.js
  • FastAPI
  • Spring

Frontend

  • Next.js

Cloud & Infrastructure

  • Azure (Kubernetes, Event Hub, Postgres, CosmosDB)
  • Cloudflare (DNS, CDN, WAF)

What You’ll Work On

  • Developing and maintaining full-stack applications
  • Designing and implementing backend services and APIs
  • Building and extending frontend applications in Next.js
  • Collaborating with developers, designers, and product stakeholders
  • Taking part in technical and architectural decisions
  • Improving existing solutions and helping build new ones

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with full-stack development
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code
  • Self-reliant and responsible approach
  • Availability to work on-site in Prague

Bonus Points / Nice to Have

  • DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, deployment, infrastructure)
  • Experience with application architecture
  • Microservices & service-oriented architecture
  • Security middleware (REST APIs, firewalls)
  • Crypto knowledge and interest
  • Background in product development, startups, or gaming
